When Mr Coconut (Seb Walter) decided it
was time to go dairy-free due to allergies,
Mrs Coconut (Latesha Randall) started
experimenting in her kitchen with making
coconut yoghurt. Many renditions later – and
a lot of taste-testing on Walter’s behalf – the
couple’s Raglan Yoghurt was perfected. Raglan
locals started hearing about this magical
yoghurt, and asked if they could have some
too. The crew of coconut lovers grew and,
before you could say ‘coconut yoghurt is the
best thing since sliced bread’, it was stocked
in supermarkets across the country. “We love
each other, surfing, nature, good food and, of
course, coconuts,” the pair says.
