New Zealand for nearly four years delivering the country’s foremost international
biennial trade exhibition for food service, food retail and hospitality industries.

Malaysia, Thailand, the US, UK, Pacific Islands, Singapore and Australia. Nearly
70% were first-time exhibitors. Skilled in event services, Smith has worked in
many sectors including education, retail, food, events and hospitality.

Baxter is an experienced business development manager with a
demonstrated history of working in sales management and product
development in the food and beverage industry to help food clients
to innovate and commercialise their products. With experience in
food science, meant and bakery, he has a PhD in food science from
the University of Humberside. He has worked for Fonterra and Kerry

GREG McCULLOUGH
(FONTERRA)
McCullough is the group director, food safety & quality and
regulatory affairs for Fonterra, based in New Zealand. His role
is to define and lead the development and implementation of
a comprehensive, ‘best in class’ approach to food safety and
quality across Fonterra globally. Together with his team and the
business units, McCullough is responsible for building upon the
co-operative’s food safety and quality culture in its journey to be
the world’s most trusted source of dairy nutrition. McCullough – a
chemist with a micro background - previously worked for Mead
Johnson and Danone Baby Nutrition, and comes from a family
with strong interests in dairy farming and milk production. He has
worked in China, Indonesia, Thailand and Europe.

CARRICK ROBINSON
(JAMES & WELLS)
Robinson heads the Auckland trade marks team for James & Wells,
and is also head of the firm’s food and beverage innovation team –
educating and advising clients within the sector on how to leverage
their intellectual property assets. He specialises in all areas of trade
mark law and practice, with an extensive client base covering the
natural products, pharmaceutical, personal care, food, beverage
and dairy industries. Within the food and beverage sector, Robinson
advises top brands such as Yealands, Emerald Foods, Goodman

WILLIAM COX
(AURECON)
Cox has been appointed
global chief executive officer of
engineering and infrastructure
advisory company Aurecon, after
more than 28 years with the
company – including being managing
director of Australia and
New Zealand. From February,
Sydney-based Cox will lead the
organisation’s rapid growth and
continuing diversification across
digital, advisory and Asia. “Incredible
technologies are helping
us plan and build infrastructure
in a way never seen before, truly
changing the way we engineer,
design and advise,” he says. “My
focus areas for the immediate
future are to consolidate and
continue the growth trajectory
in digital, advisory and in Asia,
where we see immense potential
in transport infrastructure, the
built environment and fast-growing
data centre sector.” Cox is
a civil engineer with more than
30 years’ experience in transport,
aviation and infrastructure
across Australia and the UK.
