POWDER BAG INCLINE CONVEYOR
PROJECT BRIEF
The customer needed to convey 25kg powder bags
from depalletising to a tipping room for further
processing. Capacity for 1.5T/hr. Bags were to index
as bag is removed at the top to keep constant flow
until line is empty, lift up gate added to allow access
from both sides
DESIGN FEATURES
• Made in sections for onsite assembly
• Stand alone power with single phase plug with VSD
• Stainless steel construction
• Staging conveyor for ease of loading

PROJECT BRIEF
The customer needed a solution to remove backpressure
and inconsistent flows from an existing
conveyor line when a machine downstream was not
accepting product.
DESIGN FEATURES
• Anti-static belting to minimise electricity buildup
• Unique rotisserie style accumulation table that
feeds cans back and forth between belts
• Self fill and empty accumulation
• Minimum pressure exerted on cans during
accumulation
