NEW HEADQUARTERS
FOR INGREDIENTS LEADER
It was the sale of Profile Products’
East Tamaki premises that nudged
the company to undertake a
custom-designed facility that fitted
its requirements now and for the
future. It needed to be functional but
safe, easy to clean and secure, relocatable
in any future change in direction
and – most importantly – capable of
switching products quickly and safely.
As Holley says, “we are the biggest
gluten-free blender in New Zealand,
and there are no excuses for any error
when it comes to customer health and
wellbeing. We are known for being
reliable, trustworthy and bulletproof.
Nothing we do should change that.”
Last month, the company moved its
total manufacturing operation to the
site, which it took over in April. Holley
is obviously proud of the speed at
which the building has developed,
from its food grade modular production

a commitment to integrity, and it offers
a range of solutions for customers
– from basic ingredients through to
packaged product. “We understand
the importance of confidentiality in
our business,” Holley says. “We pride
ourselves on being professional and
invisible partners to our many clients
here and abroad.
“Profile can assist with everything
from concept to finished product.
We have strategic partners who

When Profile Products
general manager Craig
Holley looks with pride at his
new 1000sq metre Penrose
factory, he sees more than
just a central manufacturing
plant that can provide
functional and safe facilities
for the 16 staff. From the
moment he clapped eyes
on the “big empty box”
that he now calls home
on Church St, the former
flour miller knew it would
need to be future-proof for
the company’s lofty plans.
