In late February 2019 Wiley
completed its acquisition of the
primary food processing design
and engineering consulting team
from Milmeq, New Zealand. The
acquisition saw the expansion
of Wiley’s services in New
Zealand and their first permanent
presence.
Wiley has long enjoyed a collaborative
relationship with
Milmeq. The specialised nature
of the team’s meat processing
knowledge and capabilities
coupled with support from the
broader global Wiley team creates
a new level of value for both
existing and new food industry
clients. The Wiley New Zealand
team are based in a new office
in Dunedin and their integration
into the Wiley business sees them
working across New Zealand,

Vertiv
appoints
Cuthbert
Stewart for
electrical and
industrial
markets
Vertiv has announced it has appointed
Cuthbert Stewart Limited (CSL)
as a distributor of Vertiv Liebert
Uninterruptible Power Supplies
(UPS) for the New Zealand wholesale
electrical, industrial and utilities
sectors, where a reliable power supply
is critical. Vertiv UPS products are
available now through CSL distribution
channels.
Based in Auckland, CSL acquired
Energy Solution Providers earlier this
year and together the companies now
offer energy audits as well as technical
electrical product solutions to help
industrial companies and facilities
minimise and protect their energy
usage.
CSL will distribute Vertiv’s full range
of single-phase UPS products
including Liebert PSA5, an economical,
environmentally-friendly lineinteractive
UPS that offers full-featured
power protection for small office
computers and electronic equipment,
and the Liebert ITA2 rugged UPS
which is moisture and dust resistant
– features which Philip Elliott, chief
executive officer, CSL says suit the
weather conditions in New Zealand.

ideally suited to our industrial market
