adding new precision, high-strength plastic
formers that will roll 4-inch (102mm)
dairy tube down to 800mm radius
without scratching.

hundreds of bends in the last 12
years using hardened polished steel
rollers but the extreme compression
forces cause scuffing and gouging
marks on the side of the bend which
we have to sand and polish out

The company still offers to roll tighter
radius’s down to 500mm using its
old steel rollers.
Bends are rolled using a unique
internal support system so that the
finished bend diameter ends up the
correct size.

the same after rolling as before so
this allows perfect fit up on installation,”
Mr Raikes says.
Global Stainless also has tube rolling
formers for 16, 19, 25, 32, 38, 51,
63 and 76mm tube. A range of
schedule pipe roll formers are also
available up to 2-inch.
