CUTTING EDGE SOLUTIONS
New Affinity Integra® Dicer
Triumphs Over Challenging Products
The new Affinity Integra triumphs over high-fat, coldtemperature
applications, and other types of normally
difficult-to-cut products. The clean-cutting action achieves
high capacities, and this new dicer may be integrated to
replace Model RA series machines already in the field.

PRODUCTS

Excelling
at process-challenging
difficult-to-cut applications
such as cheese and soft meats,
the Affinity Integra Dicer is
the newest machine in the
Affinity line by Urschel. If you
are experiencing difficulties
processing meats with high
fat content, cold temperature
products, sticky bakery
ingredients or produces like
brined pickles, the Affinity Integra
Dicer is the product for you.
As well as prevailing over
challenging through-puts,
the clean-cutting action
achieves high yields of precise,
targeted cut sizes well within
customer parameters. This new
dicer incorporates design elements
from the longstanding Model RA
series, the Affinity and the Sprint,
with the ability to replace existing
in-line Model RA series machines.
Offering greater design efficiencies,
the dicer will enhance your
production capabilities by accepting
a larger infeed product size
combined with a larger impeller
case that equates to a potential
20% increase in yield and, when
compared to the standard RA-A, it
equates to a 50% potential yield
increase.
The Integra accepts in-feed
products up to approximately
114mm, with the food zone
completely separate from the
mechanical zone to ensure
sanitation. The machine features a
slice adjustment knob, allowing dialin
and lock-in of a specific slice size
to ensure precise tolerances hold
true throughout production runs.
An optional cost-saving replaceable
insert slicing knife may be used
as an alternative to the standard
slicing knife set-up. Hinged panels
provide full access to facilitate and
expedite cleaning, and maintenance
procedures. A round tube frame
limits microbial surface area and
promotes self-draining. With four
processing speeds available, the
Integra is designed for continuous
operation with uninterrupted
production.
The Affinity Integra and other
Urschel food processing equipment
is available exclusively in Australia
and New Zealand through Heat and
Control. For more information about
