always been a good material for
use in many caustic environments,
including those encountered in
the production of food, electricity,
manufactured goods and

RAC-Series cylinders are comprised
of composite bearings on all moving
surfaces to prevent metal-to-metal
contact, resist side loads and
extend cylinder life.
Complementing the high powerto
weight ratios of the RAC-Series
cylinders are Enerpac’s lightweight
hand pumps, models P-392 or
P-802, which are constructed of
composite materials including
aluminium to comprise the optimum
lightweight pump and cylinder set.
The cylinders can also be powered
by fast-acting Enerpac electric, air
and petrol pumps.
FEATURES OF THE FULL
RAC RANGE INCLUDE:
• Composite bearings prevent
metal-to-metal contact, increasing
cylinder life and resistance to sideloads
of up to 10%
• Hard-Coat finish on all surfaces
resists damage and extends
cylinder life
• Handles included on all 30 - 150
ton models
• For protection against loadinduced
damage, a saddle is
standard on all models
• Steel base plate is standard on
RAC 20 ton models and above and
optional only on RAC10 and 15 ton
models
• Integral stop ring prevents plunger
over-travel and is capable of
withstanding the full cylinder
capacity
• High strength return spring for
rapid cylinder retraction
• CR-400 coupler and dustcap
included on all models
• All cylinders meet ASME B-30.1
standard.
