LARGE RANGE: PLASTIC CABLE
TIES AND CABLE MANAGEMENT COMPONENTS
Cable ties, cable tie mounts and cable management
components form part of the large range of plastic fixings
and fastenings available from Hi-Q Components stock.
Standard strap type cable ties are available from 75mm long
and 2.4mm wide to 1500mm long and 9.0mm wide. Many
sizes are also available in weather resistant black nylon for
outdoor use. Where special cable ties are required, there is a
large range of special ties available for applications including:
HVAC Duct straps, heavy-duty for hydraulic hoses,
releasable, screw mount, marker, push mount, hanking and
Adding to this range are releasable lashing ties. These
heavy-duty ties come in sizes from 240mm to 590mm long.
At 12.8mm wide they are strong and have a max tensile
strength of 114 kgs. (These are UL approved nylon 6/6,
94V-2.) Standard releasable cable ties are now available in
longer and wider sizes, up to 576mm long and 12.8mm
wide. Other new types of cable ties available are double
head, security, and chassis ties.
To complement the cable tie range, Hi-Q Components
stocks many cable tie mounts. These include quick and
easy self-adhesive tie mounts, and push and lock clip
mounts for through hole panel mounting. For securing heavy
wire bundles screw mounted saddle type mounts will do
the job. For other cable management applications, Hi-Q has
various cable clips, clamps and saddles to secure various
cables, tubing, wire bundles, and flat wire. Apart from the
standard ‘P’ clips there are releasable and adjustable cable
clips and clamps, which can be through hole panel clip
mounted, adhesive mounted, and nailed.
