A BETTER NEST
AMADA’s AMNC 3i Control greatly simplifies programming
– ensuring fast, efficient results from operator to operator.
Programming complex nests has never been easier. He large
12.5” touchscreen allows operators to quickly add parts to an
existing layout. Utilizing the Control’s “Parts Layout” feature,
an operator simply makes a selection from an existing library
of parts. Thumbnail views allow the operator to identify the
desired part at a glance. Then, with touchscreen simplicity,
the part can be dragged and dropped into an existing layout.
If part rotation is required to achieve a tighter nest, that can
also be achieved with the ease of fingertip control.
AMNC 3i Controls are network ready and compatible with AMADA’s
suite of offline programming software. To further enhance your
shop’s productivity. AMNC 3i Controls are incorporated on all of
AMADA’s newer model lasers, brakes, turret punch press, and punch
/ laser combination machines. Now, operators can perform multiple
processes with unmatched speed and simplicity.

YOU TO QUICKLY PERFORM
MULTIPLE TOOL SETUPS
WITH SPEED, SIMPLICITY
AND ACCURACY.
Equipped with Tool Navigation,
AMADA’s AMNC 3i Control is
the smart solution for resolving
costly delays in your bending
department. Now, you can
quickly and precisely locate the
optimal position for punches and
dies for each tooling setup. After
pressing the Tool
Navigation button.
Next, the press
brake’s back gauge
will automatically
move into the correct
position thereby
identifying the exact
location for each tool
setup.
Tool Navigation greatly reduces setup time
making it the ideal solution for parts that require
multiple setups. To further enhance your shop’s
productivity, AMNC 3i Controls are incorporated
on all of AMADA’s newer model punch / laser
combination machines – creating continuity
which facilitates employee cross training. Now,
operators of varying skill level can perform
multiple processes faster and more efficiently.
