Molybdenum disulphide (MoS²) filled PA 6 G which receives better slide properties as a result of the additive. Compared with unfilled polyamide 6, it also has increased UV stability. Oil Filled Nylon which is developed by integration of special oil in the polymer structure of polyamide 6. Compared with normal cast polyamide, the friction co-efficient is drastically reduced whereby our material is ideally suitable for sliding machine components especially under high loading. During the production, the lubricating oil is homogenously distributed during polymerisation, whereby even after processing and wear and tear, the improved properties are maintained.
