STRATALIGN
LIFTING SYSTEMS:
DESIGNED TO
MEET THE NEED
Workstation and portable gantrys,
jib and davit cranes are unique lifting
devices for industrial and manufacturing
environments.
The Erikkila ProSystem design is
very durable with its closed profile
design. The systems surface is
treated with impact resistant
powder coating or galvanised
finish is also available. Each system
is carefully designed to suit your
unique workshop size and shape
that can either be ceiling mounted
or freestanding.
The foldable and moveable portable
aluminium gantry cranes are versatile,
light weight and improve safety
in the workplace. Foldable units can
be readily moved into difficult confined
spaces, while moveable units
are designed to enable the safe ma-
noeuvre of suspended loads. Units
are available in different models,
beam lengths, adjustable lift heights
and capacities of up to 15,000kg.
Davit cranes provide lifting solutions
to water and wastewater treatment
plants. From lifting submersible
pumps and mixers, to raising filter
screens and positioning hopper
cars, Stratalign provides the right
equipment to get the job done.
Like all Stratalign products, they’re
made to meet the conditions of their
particular environment with corrosion
resistant finishes in powder
coat paint, galvanised or stainless
steel construction.

ADVANTAGES OF THE
CLOUD
As digitalisation and automation
technologies accelerate, a huge
amount of computer processing
power is required to allow the collection
and analysis of valuable data.
“By utilising the Nokia Digital Automation
REN143
Cloud, we can locate this
‘intelligence’ or computing power
within the cloud, rather than on
the actual equipment,” explains Mr
Pankakoski.
KONECRANES AND NOKIA
COLLABORATION
Konecranes and Nokia share the
similar objective of navigating the
digitalisation and automation of
industry in such a way that brings
tangible benefits to companies
across the globe.
“Konecranes is excited to work
with Nokia, as the collaboration has
potential to further enhance our
digital service offering,” says Mr
Pankakoski.
“Factories of the future will have
fully autonomous devices, capable
of collaborating with humans and
each other to manufacture and
deliver products. But well before
that happens, machines will become
intelligent enough to guide humans
to do their work better – thus making
working places safer and the
operations more predictable.
“The advanced network, combined
with Nokia’s Digital Automation
Cloud, has the potential to bring machine
to-machine communications,
IoT security and machine learning
to the next level, which would
particularly benefit our customers
at ports and large manufacturing
operations.”
