Its panna cotta is the first of its kind for the company, which normally produces single-ingredient freeze-dried products, and gives consumers the ability to recreate restaurant-quality dishes at home. Fresh As founder Tommy Roff says the Panna Cotta is the first step to providing a complete dessert solution, and uses fresh fruit with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. “This latest dessert innovation came from a desire from the market to create a complete dessert solution,” he says. “The Fresh As range is an ever-expanding list of freeze-dried ingredients from whole raspberries, fruit powders, mandarin segments and now complete desserts.” www.freshasnz.co.nz
