No foreign matter sample is too small – the team routinely analyses samples in the micron range, barely visible to the naked eye. AsureQuality’s global testing capabilities mean it can offer its services to both New Zealand and the world. Its customers come from all walks of life, including the dairy and horticultural industries, supermarket and fast food chains, food manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and private citizens. Working closely with these customers, AsureQuality helps to identify the root cause of their problem, be it in a production process or a situation with raw material or post-production contamination. Based at the company’s Wellington lab, the Forensic team leads the investigation, beginning with a thorough visual examination of the foreign matter. From here, in consultation with the customer, it decides the direction that the investigation should take. No two investigations are the same.
