AxxAir manufactures an innovative range of orbital tube and pipe processing equipment, from cutting, facing, bevelling to orbital welding machines with an array of head options to suit tube configurations; with or without wire addition to the weld puddle. Suitable for both a fabrication shop or job site work being both portable and with low power requirements. The model CC orbital cutting range is quickly adaptable from cold cutting to bevelling and then to orbital welding with the appropriate attachments. This will be demonstrated at EMEX 2016. Other heads are available for closed operation where the portable welding head clamps the tube and rotates automatically without operator assistance. Welding is simple; parameters are accessed via a touch screen which accepts few commands to bring up the program required for a particular joint to be welded.
